Mysterious Charm of Ergot of Rye in Treating the Diabetic Foot Ulcer - A Case Report

ABSTRACT
Diabetes mellitus is chronic disorder. Due to poor diabetes control leads to one of the complications like neurological impairment because of which there may be ulceration over the foot and legs called as Diabetic foot ulcer. Most of the cases may even lead to foot amputation. The case presented here is an old man with of ulcer over the Rt foot 2nd metatarsal was treated with Secale cor 200 ,according to symptom similarity with follow up of 2 months. This case report is an evidence that homoeopathic medicine if given according to symptom similarity will works mysteriously.
