Compensation Analysis and Leadership Style on Employee Performance and Discipline of PT PLN (Persero)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee performance and discipline. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Riau Region and Riau Islands Main Unit. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples studied in this study was 54 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program. The results showed the influence of kangsung that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Kompensasi has a positive and significant effect on discipline.  Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on discipline. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on discipline. The results of indirect influence show that compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline. Leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and discipline.
