Analysis of the Effects of Economic and Social Infrastructure on Economic Growth in Indonesia

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic and social infrastructure on economic growth in Indonesia. The independent variables used in this study are road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, health infrastructure and education infrastructure. Data were processed using panel data analysis with the best regression model in accordance with the characteristics of the data in this study, the fixed effect model. The results showed that economic and social infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth. Partially road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, health infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on economic growth while education infrastructure has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
